The awards ceremony recognises the best restaurants, the peoples favourites, rising talents, culinary contribution, dining diversity and the friendly, authentic experiences that place Australia firmly on the global food stage.
Congratulations to our partners who received hats at The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Brisbane Times Good Food Guide 2016 Awards. A special acknowledgement goes to The Bridge Room (NSW) and Esquire (QLD) who each took out Vittoira Coffee Restaurant of the Year for their states, Bennelong (NSW) for Best New Restaurant, Chef George Tomlin from The Town Mouse who was named Young Chef of The Year and Catalina (NSW) and Red Spice Road (VIC) who each won the People's Choice Awards for their states.
