The Little Nel has fast become the locals favourite cafe for the residents of Nelson Bay. We serve barista made Suspension espresso (the little roaster in Newcastle with the big following), plus a breakfast and lunch menu that utilises the best local producers to create fresh menu that changes with the seasons. Try the herbed mushrooms with fetta on sourdough, of the now famous eggs Benedict. We also have the region’s best range of cakes and slices, and we’re told you can’t find gluten free options like we have anywhere. The setting is casual, with funky music and a great leafy deck with views to the Bay. Find us at The Nelson Resort in the town centre, and we are open everyday from 7.30am. We don't do lunch on Mondays.
