In exciting news Chad Aldred has recently been appointed head chef at GPO after working in some of the best restaurants in and around Melbourne as well as Europe. With the move to Bendigo, Chad aspires to bring his knowledge of Spanish and French cuisine to the table. One of Chad's highest accolades was a score of 17/20 from renowned food critic Stephen Downes (Herald Sun) when head Chef at Paringa Estate on the Mornington Peninsula, Chad managed to do this not once but twice - a testimony to his culinary skill & consistency.
