Inspired by the owner Rob Kabboord’s Dutch heritage, Head Chef Stuart Munro’s unique food features local and sustainable produce, with a playful Dutch twist to many dishes. Merricote was awarded it’s first Chef's Hat in 2014, and has held it since. The dining room has a relaxed aesthetic that has become a destination for locals and visitors alike. Perfect for any occasion: a lazy lunch, anniversary celebration or perhaps a selection of cheese from our beloved cheese trolley to complete your degustation experience.
